In fact, Taliban and their promoters, both are so confused. Taliban has entangled with their belt rivals while the major counterpart to the war on terror - the U.S.A badly obstructed with its forces.

The U.S is not willing in talks for the reasons in Syria and its economic problems. Pakistan wants to basket the fruit within the days.

This triangular situation is not beneficial to all stakeholders.
